It is our goal to keep our FAQ section current and as up to date as possible. We want you to enjoy your visit to the Boneyard and hope you have a great Halloween season

Q : Do you charge for parking?A : We Never charge for parking! We operate a Haunted House not a parking lot. Parking is Free.
Q : How much does it cost? Can we buy tickets online?
A : Yes! we offer online sales. Tickets - Prices
Q : Do you have a waiting area inside?
A : Yes, we have a large indoor festival area with games, music, concession and vendors.
Q : What dates & hours are you open?
A : Friday and Saturday from 7pm to Midnight other days 7pm to 10pm.
Q : I see that you are open till 12 midnight, Do I have to be done by then? or can I come in then?
A : We will see tickets up to the posted time, you still have time to finish the Haunt after that.
Q : Do you accept credit cards?
A : We accept credit cards for online sales, cash at the door.
Q : Are there prices for children ?
A : NO, We are Not recommended for children, so we do offer children prices.
Q : How long is the wait in line?
A : It varies, at the beginning of October, there is very little wait, maybe 20-30 minutes, during the end of the month near Halloween, it can be a very long wait. The earlier to opening time the shorter the wait.
Q : Do you have private party and banquet rooms?
A : Yes. we offer full service catering, rooms, DJ's & Bar tenders.
Q : Is there an age limit or min. age at the Boneyard?
A : NO, however we do not recommend the Boneyard Haunted House for small children! As a parent you know your child best and how they will react. So you be the judge. If you wouldn�t bring your child to a Scary Movie, then it's probably not a good idea to bring them to the Boneyard..
Q : How long does it take to go through the Boneyard?
A : The Boneyard haunted House is a very large complex. Please allow a minimum of one to one and a half hours if you plan on attending. More if you attend closer to Halloween
Q : Is it really scary?
A : YES, It is really scary!
Q : Is The Boneyard ADA or Handicap accessible?
A : Yes! for the most part. We design our Haunted House with accessibility in mind. However there are a few areas that may be difficult to maneuver a wheel chair; in these areas we provide a alternate route.
Q : Do you allow concealed weapons or handguns?
A : No we do not. while we do support your right to carry, We are posted 30-06
Q : Can the Boneyard denied access to anyone?
A : YES, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Q : Are there live animals or insects inside?
A : Yes, we may use live animals.
Q : Can we take photos inside the Boneyard Haunted House?
A : NO, photography and video recording are not permitted inside the Haunted House.
Q : I lost my cell phone in the Haunted House! Will I get it back?
A : We recover most items that were lost inside the Haunt. There is very good chance we will find your lost item.
Q : Can I have my wedding inside a Haunted House?
A : Yes. we have held several Halloween theme weddings inside the Boneyard. We would love to be a part of your wedding.
Q : How do I get a job at a Haunted House?
A : Please Contact Us. We hold open actor auditions in August & September.
Q : Will the actors touch us, or can we touch the actors?
A : NO, the actors will not touch you, Well,,, except that one guy with the Chain Saw.
Q : Is it the same this year?
A : No it's not, we are continuously updating our layout and design every year.
